  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

  • Equip clients’ brief with an interactive strategic digital marketing plan.
  • Responsible for design and execute integrated digital media campaigns.
  • Analyzing business performance with the help of digital tools and reports.

  • Generating Leads campaigns (s) through a different platform (s).
  • Setting digital campaigns on Snapchat and Twitter.
  • Monitoring digital campaigns on different platforms.
  • Generating Search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Producing keyword analysis and research.
  • Providing competitive analysis and research.
  • Providing competitive analysis and media reporting.
  • Producing digital campaign execution and reporting.
  • Creating media plans and media strategy.
    Job Requirements
  • Digital media planning and buying experience.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms experience.
  • Developing performance campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google.

    IT Technical Support Field Engineer

    Job Description

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Respond to queries on-site or remotely.
    • Respond to Ticketing System within the defined SLA.
    • Guide users through the problem-solving process.
    • Install, modify, and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs.
    • Install computer peripherals for users.
    • Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
    • Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience at least 2 Years
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any relevant field
    • Good command of both written and spoken English is a MUST.
    • MCSA + CCNA
